Casa-casca is a house we started to build while the client was still changing its internal program and its distribution. We were required to define a flexible working process that should guarantee simultaneously:

– the time-efficiency of the construction process;
– the quality of the critical parts of any building (thermal insulation, structure, and infrastructure);
– the capacity to enable the client’s decision time during the project and the building period.
